Expandable steps overview in tutorial window

Make the tutorial steps easier to view and navigate. When the user clicks on the “steps” the video is collapsed and the window increases in size vertically to show all the steps so the user can jump to another one, or see the steps in an overview type of fashion. Selecting a step brings the video back and shows the current UI.
