Output cursor hidden behind popup window

Output's cursor is hidden by window

When there is a popup, and Output needs to show something in that new window, it points to the seemingly correct location, but the location is obscured by the window with the settings itself. The cursor should always be the “first layer” in the foreground so it doesn’t get hidden by the modals themselves.
